I visited this charming property on Sunday afternoon. It is located in the heart of Brooklyn Height and yet is just steps from the waterfront.
Upon entering the main room, the large bay window and the built-in bookshelves captivated my attention. There was a HUGE (and I hate the over-use of capitalization for emphasis, but this deserves it) walk-in closet that provided more storage than the current owner knew what to do with. The kitchen was windowed and spacious as well.
For the neighborhood, this property was value priced at $325,000.
