Yesterday was the first true day of Spring in Manhattan.  People were out in droves enjoying the beautiful sunshine - and spreading a little bit of Irish cheer for the holiday.  Yesterday was also a wonderful day to search for a new home.  I used the beautiful weather to my advantage to tour several properties currently for sale in Greenwich Village.  This property stood out as the best deal going and I'd like to share it with you!
