Open Houses in West Chelsea This Weekend

This weekend, I'm going to visit several open houses west of Eighth Avenue between 15th and 30th streets.  Its this neighborhood that hosts my morning runs, that provides the backdrop when I walk the High Line, that provides the street scenes as I walk my daughter to school in the mornings.

So this weekend, I return to this neighborhood to see "where is home" in Western Chelsea?



Most of the activity remains east of Ninth Avenue.  However, there are plenty of fabulous rental building (like Ohm on Eleventh Avenue) as well as many luxury condominiums (like the Caledonia on 17th) a bit closer to the High Line.   This weekend, I'm looking for value apartments - that caught my eye with attractive pricing, a private garden, a fantastic layout, or some other bonus feature.  There are studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and loft apartments on my list.  Question is, which ones will be your favorite?
